Portion sizes and pricing swing widely across this group, from a $10 lunch bowl to a multi-course tasting menu at an upscale sushi counter, so checking recent reviews and photos is more useful than the price range alone. In Santa Monica, dinner reservations for popular izakaya, hot pot and Korean BBQ spots fill up on Friday and Saturday nights, so booking ahead or arriving at opening is worth it. Many restaurants across California run daily lunch specials on weekdays that are not listed on the dinner menu, so it is worth asking. Santa Monica is in California, on the West Coast, where the climate ranges from foggy coast to hot inland valleys, wildfire season can affect air quality in late summer, and traffic is the main thing to plan around. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Santa Monica follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Tโs Thai Restaurant is an absolute gem in Santa Monica. I ordered chicken satay, vegetable tom yum soup, and two Thai iced teas, and every single item was outstanding. The chicken satay was perfectly grilled, tender, and paired with one of the best peanut sauces Iโve had. It was so good I had to order another. The vegetable tom yum was incredibly fresh, flavorful, and had the perfect balance of spice, citrus, and aromatics. The turmeric root gave it an amazing aroma and flavor. The Thai iced tea was rich, smooth, and the perfect complement to the meal. Everything tasted exceptionally fresh, and the restaurant was spotless. The food was so good that I ended up ordering more because I didnโt want the experience to end. Itโs clear the kitchen takes pride in both quality and consistency. If youโre looking for authentic Thai food with amazing flavors, generous portions, and a clean, welcoming atmosphere, Tโs Thai Restaurant is absolutely worth a visit. Iโll definitely be coming back.

I was super early for an event next to this restaurant ; it seemed practical to eat dinner here. I love Thai food and gave this place a try. I was ready to have a great experience before my Baroque concert. This place is very small, austere, outdated but looked clean, so I stayed. I kept it very simple so I ordered Chow mein. I requested very little oil on it, but it was oily and wasn't anything special. I was the only customer there so the food came out fast. Most of their customers seem to be take outs. The customer service is non existent here. It was really rather comical. I felt I was being served by stepparents with an attitude. ๐คฃ The restaurant is ran by an old couple. It would be nice if they were more friendly and more relaxed. I commented to them what a great location they had : next to a very popular , big church, across from a venue for private events and a huge , structure parking lot. They practically ignored me. They have a sign " no public bathroom ". I needed to use it but I didn't even want to go there. Do they mean customers only ? or simply No bathroom acces period. I also saw a sign saying: 10 % discount if you pay cash. Well, I paid cash and didn't get a dis

Ugh, I wish I had read reviews before ordering online... the dumplings were soggy to the extent that they were falling apart before I even picked them up... and the filling was minimal, they were mostly wrapper. The "pad thai" was the least impressive I've ever received in my life. I was shocked upon opening the container to find how "bare bones" it was... I did ask for no peanuts but extra limes and got ONE lime slice ๐ฎ Where is the egg? Cilantro? I feel like a LOT of things were missing here...including flavor ๐

3.5 on taste alone but bumped up to 4 because I appreciate the convenience and decent priced availability T's Thai offers. As alluded to above, I didn't think the food was rave worthy (not to say that it was bad though). I ordered my usuals - pad Thai, pad see ew, and (red) curry. All tasted pretty good and better to have in the area than not in my opinion. I only did delivery, so cannot speak for the service or the ambiance.

TS Thai is a small little eatery in Santa Monica. Parking is on the street or in the huge lot right across the street. It is easy to miss so look for the red curtain. Inside is nothing special, but it is very clean and the service is so great, you are happy you walked in. This is a family run business that really got hit by Covid, so they can use more walk ins. It looks like they have a ton of delivery, but we were seated right away at a very nice clean table and waited on like Kings since there was not that many people actually inside. The owner is just wonderful and the food is outstanding. Try their garlic noodles and Pad Thai. Both are great. We also had a wonderful fried rice with chicken and beef and it was so good. They give you a lot of food, and we were able to take some home. The bathrooms are spotless. The prices are really fair. We love it. Give them a try.
